8.2 You have the right to request that any personal data about you that is incorrect be corrected free of charge. If a request for correction is submitted, this request must be accompanied by proof of the faulty nature of the data for which correction is requested.

8.3 You have the right to withdraw your previously given consent to the processing of your personal data, in which case component 8.4 applies.

8.4 You have the right to request that personal data concerning you be deleted if they are no longer necessary in light of the purposes described in article 3 or if you withdraw your consent for their processing. You must, however, realize that a request for deletion will be assessed by CC Heftrucks on:

Such a request must clearly indicate which right you wish to exercise and the reasons for it if this is required. It must also be dated and signed and accompanied by a digitally scanned copy of your valid identity card as proof of your identity. If you use the contact form, CC Heftrucks may ask you for your signed confirmation and proof of identity. 
CC Heftrucks will inform you as soon as possible after receiving this request. If the request is legitimate, CC Heftrucks will honor it as quickly as reasonably possible and no later than thirty (30) days after receiving the request.
